1. Introduction

Welcome to Kasiopia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Account Registration

To purchase artwork or sell on our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Artwork Listings and Sales

Artists are responsible for accurately describing their artwork, including dimensions, materials, and condition. All artwork must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights. Kasiopia reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies.

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change. Payment must be made in full before artwork is shipped. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Sales tax and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We at Kasiopia are responsible for packaging and shipping artwork safely. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Kasiopia is not responsible for delays or damages during shipping. Buyers must inspect artwork upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of artwork, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a purchase is completed. Please carefully review all artwork details before making a purchase.

However, refunds may be provided in the following specific cases:

• If there is a technical error during payment processing that results in an incorrect debit
• If a purchased artwork is found to have been already sold to another buyer

In such cases, please contact our support team at contact-us@kasiopia.in within 24 hours of the transaction with proof of payment and order details. Refund processing may take upto 30 business days depending on your payment method and bank.

7. Intellectual Property

Artists retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to their artwork. By listing artwork on Kasiopia, artists grant us a license to display and promote the artwork on our platform. Buyers receive the physical artwork but do not acquire any reproduction rights.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kasiopia is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our platform or the purchase/sale of artwork. We act as a marketplace and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the artwork listed.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
